Your visitors’ behavior isn’t always predictable. You may think they convert only through the funnels you intended them to go through. But since this isn’t always the case, there’s a hidden opportunity here. By discovering the popular paths visitors take toward conversion, you can build those funnels, optimize them, and increase conversion rates. Here are 2 steps to help you do just that.
Find your visitors’ top paths.
Go to the Journeys Aggregator in Oribi, and choose your conversion event. You'll see the most common paths visitors take on their way to convert.
Build funnels for your top few paths.
In the Funnels section, build funnels for your top 3 or 4 paths. Are you familiar with all of them? If there are paths you are not familiar with, ensure those steps include CTAs to drive traffic from one milestone to the next.
Using a mix of impact (how many people go through each funnel), opportunity (how much room there is to optimize each funnel), and effort (how many resources will it take), prioritize one of the funnels. Then make a plan to optimize it.
