You’ve put your report together and designed it to perfection. All that’s left is to share it! Here’s how in 2 quick steps:
Schedule your report to be sent automatically.
After your report is all set up, click Schedule at the top of the screen. Here, you can use the dropdowns to specify how often and on which day of the week you’d like the report to be sent. You can even choose the time of day.
Add your recipients, and set the finishing touches.
Enter the email address(es) to which you’d like to send the report. Recipients can be either a team member or a client with whom you want to share your results, or both! Click Edit Email Content to customize the subject line and text of the email that will accompany the report. Click Apply. You’re all set!
Your report will now be sent according to the time frames you selected in Step 1. Feel free to create more reports, or come back to tweak them whenever you choose.
