How to Create an Ecosystem
If you work with multiple domains, such as a Marketing Agency managing different clients, ecosystems will help you keep your account organized and manage different levels of access for teammates and clients.
Some things to keep in mind before creating a new ecosystem:
If the domain you'd like to add is related to your first domain, we recommend adding it to the existing ecosystem. This will allow you to more easily view data for all domains at once, use cross-domain functions, and invite others to see all domains.
If the domain you'd like to add is unrelated to your first domain, create a new ecosystem. That way, you’ll be able to invite others to view data for only the related domains.
If you want to give others access to only selected domains, create a new ecosystem for each domain or group of domains you want to keep separated.
When you connect your first domain with Oribi, you automatically create one ecosystem. If you connect more domains and want to create a new ecosystem, follow these steps:
Choose ⚙ > Settings from the top menu and select to Add Domains.
Under Ecosystems, choose Add A Domain, and select A new ecosystem.
Oribi will generate a new, unique tracking code for this ecosystem. Add this code to the new domain you want to connect with Oribi.
Keep in mind that everyone invited to an ecosystem will be able to see all the domains you add to it
