When I joined the company, our goal was to expand from our physical
stores and grow our eCommerce business. We started with Google
Analytics, but were lacking the complete picture of our customers and
what exactly we need to do to drive more sales online.

The moment we got the first insights from Oribi, we began to rebuild our entire
store. First, we got rid of content that created bottlenecks in our sales funnel.
Then, we started identifying and grouping our key features to create a new service,
an around-the-clock, high-end concierge service for our customers. Oribi is our
