As we are scaling up - we are looking for a passionate and energized Hiring Specialist to find the best talents to join our team. You will have the ability to shape and build the growth of our core teams, taking an impactful part in the company's rapid development process.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our R&D leads and serve as a consultant and partner
- Plan and manage the end-to-end hiring process
- Search and deliver highly qualified candidates against open positions
- Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers and relevant vendors
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of R&D recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up company
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring processes and talents' pool management (interviews, phone interviews, reference check etc.)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details
- Creativity :) there are many attractions out there, we would like to develop our way to stand out and attract talents
- Academic degree or equivalent practical experience
