At Oribi, we’re looking to change the way the world does analytics. Oribi offers a code-free way for businesses of all sizes to finally understand their marketing analytics. Instead of being tied to developers and having to struggle through Google Analytics, Oribi users get easy-to-read insights so they always know which steps to take next. Based in Tel Aviv, we’re a team of 30 creative, fun-to-work-with people who love what they do.
As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will work through many marketing environments with customers from various sectors, as well as deliver exceptional customer support to clients and users alike.

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of a team supporting our customers and helping them maximize the value they get from Oribi
  • Manage your own queue of support tickets
  • Work closely with the R&D and product teams, helping to prioritize and communicate internally and externally
  • Be responsible for your own Customer Solutions special projects
  • Find ways of proactively assisting our customers, helping to continuously educate them so they are up to date with Oribi’s features and value.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for helping customers and finding solutions that will make them fall even more in love with Oribi :)
  • 2+ years of experience with providing support for SaaS solutions and applications
  • Experience with marketing and web analytics (this is a MUST)
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Been in charge of troubleshooting situations, including communication with customers (such as giving status updates, setting expectations, presenting solutions, etc.)
  • Experience working with logs and monitoring tools
  • The abilities needed for training and onboarding customers of a SaaS product
  • Technical problem-solving expertise (and can provide examples)
  • The personality for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and working with a team
  • Insatiable curiosity and the spirit of a lifelong learner

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, Hotjar, and Supermatrix
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, and APIs
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud services (AWS)
  • Web development background and/or programming familiarity
