At Oribi, we’re looking to change the way the world does analytics. Oribi offers a code-free way for businesses of all sizes to finally understand their marketing analytics. Instead of being tied to developers and having to struggle through Google Analytics, Oribi users get easy-to-read insights so they always know which steps to take next. Based in Tel Aviv, we’re a team of 30 creative, fun-to-work-with people who love what they do.
This is a unique opportunity for marketing managers who'd like to work closely with hundreds of companies around the world (eCommerce, marketing agencies, SaaS companies, medical institutions, and more) and help them improve their marketing analytics. Oribi is a fast-growing startup that develops an alternative to Google Analytics. We're 40 employees and based in Tel Aviv. We have over 500 customers around the world and looking for smart people with marketing experience who'd like to join our customer success team and guide our customers in building their analytics. You'll be working closely with our product and marketing teams and have a chance to learn a variety of marketing practices in-depth.

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of a team that is responsible for onboarding new customers and providing ongoing consulting to our growing client base
  • Own 20-40 onboarding projects in parallel and be responsible for ensuring they are all completed successfully
  • Work as part of a team to manage the retention and growth of Oribi’s customer base
  • Work closely with the CS, R&D, and Product Teams to help prioritize and communicate internally and externally

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, such as in PPC, content, social, analytics, optimization, or email marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • A passion for helping customers and finding solutions that will make them fall even more in love with Oribi :)
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English.
  • Willingness to cover 2-3 evening shifts a week. Most of our customers are based in the US, which requires availability for Zoom meetings in the evenings.
  • Marketing experience is a MUST
