At Oribi, we’re looking to change the way the world does analytics. Oribi offers a code-free way for businesses of all sizes to finally understand their marketing analytics. Instead of being tied to developers and having to struggle through Google Analytics, Oribi users get easy-to-read insights so they always know which steps to take next. Based in Tel Aviv, we’re a team of 30 creative, fun-to-work-with people who love what they do.
Oribi’s primary growth engines are paid acquisition, social, and content. Producing the right videos and images is the key to getting great results. We’re excited to hire our first creative manager who’ll be in charge of all the creatives, from ideation to measuring. There may be the possibility of management opportunities as the creative team grows. This is a very wide-ranging role which includes many aspects and lots of impact. If you’re looking for a place that will provide you the tools to grow, think outside the box, and make an impact - you’re in the right place.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Being in charge of creating all the Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ads as well as other creatives.
Managing the creative process from A to Z: thinking of the right ideas, working with our in-house designers or freelancers to implement those ideas, measuring the results, and crafting new creatives based on the data.
Digging deep into our product and the reasons why our customers love it. Great ads = great understanding of the product and the market. Creativity isn’t so much about crazy ideas, but about really understanding what makes people tick. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and sales teams and will also be in touch with customers. This is a very product-oriented role.
Being part of an outstanding marketing team. Our marketing team is still very small but consists of great talents. Our CEO, Iris Shoor, is also deeply involved in the different marketing activities. You’ll have great minds to brainstorm with.
Working closely with our product and sales teams to leverage all of our assets into impressive marketing campaigns.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
At least 2 years’ experience in marketing
An artist’s eye and an engineer’s soul :) We’re looking for someone creative and also data driven, with a good understanding of product and tech.
Previous experience in similar roles at startup companies (not required, but a big advantage)
Video and image editing skills (not required, but a big advantage).
Numbers-oriented, analytical skills. We have lots of data at Oribi and are looking to use it as much as possible.
Experience managing freelancers (we use freelancers from Upwork and Fiverr for video editing, voiceovers, and graphic editing)
A “can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
