We’re building Oribi to make an impact for our users. Our Customer Success team is the fuel for our growth. You’ll be the voice of our customers, taking huge parts in initiating new features, giving feedback on existing ones and shaping Oribi to be its best.
While in other CS teams, you get to work by strict scripts, in our team you’ll be part of defining flows and finding the perfect paths. We’re looking for a smart, social and positive person to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Be the main point of contact and the connector between our users and the Oribi team
- Empower customers of various industries and company sizes to get the most out of their websites and marketing efforts
- Build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs and collect valuable feedback
- Play a big part in shaping and growing our product by adding the voice of our users
- Lead onboardings and 1:1 product tours, educate users on new features and ensure their success with Oribi
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Prior experience in working in a marketing position or an agency
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Understanding of analytics and marketing processes, such as website optimization, advertising, content, etc.
- Storytelling abilities and impressive communication skills, making people want to listen to you
- Passion for technology and being part of a fast-growing SaaS company
- English as your native language - or fluent in speaking and writing
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A positive mindset with a sense of humor
