BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Instead of being tied to developers and having to struggle through Google Analytics, Oribi users get easy-to-read insights so they always know which steps to take next. Based in Tel Aviv, we’re a team of 30 creative, fun-to-work-with people who love what they do.
Oribi is growing rapidly. As we plan for aggressive growth in all business goals, as well as all teams, we are looking for an outstanding business operations manager to join our company and help us reach this ambitious goal. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for aligning teams, setting goals, executing initiatives, and improving processes—helping the organization run smoothly and grow efficiently. 

In this role, you will:

  • Implement, own, and manage CRM systems and other business applications as required
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking business and operational metrics 
  • Work with product and marketing analysts to deliver regular insights to the business
  • Work closely with all departments - engineering, sales, cs, product and marketing
  • Define and simplify processes to enable business growth and alignment
  • Master the data - improve productivity by evaluating and implementing business technology, as well as help leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Define and improve cross-functional processes, diving into the details to help make day-to-day work smoother

We’d love to hear from you if you have: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and its reports 
  • Proven experience in SAAS products and companies 
  • A big-picture mentality with the ability to analyze situations and make decisions based on the company’s best interests, rather than those of an individual person or department
  • The ability to forge relationships and create synergy within the organization, which is crucial to getting things done
  • A “can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
